Okay, so I was at my friend’s place and she had a weight scale. Now it’s been a month since I’ve joined rugby and it’s also been a month since I’ve checked my weight. Before rugby, I was at a solid 120lbs and now I’m at 127.6lbs! So freaking happy!

I’ve been trying to gain weight and now I’ve gained 7, almost 8, pounds! And my friend was like, “HOW?! You don’t look like you’ve gained anything!” It’s all muscle baby! Personally, I think I gained most of my weight from strengthening my upper body, I mean I’ve got some guns now lol!

Hopefully I can do these someday:

I’m not trying to be pretentious or anything, but I look good. It feels great to have a physically fit body. I don’t get tired as easily like last year where I didn’t play any sports and only went to the gym 3 times a week for an hour with moderate exercise. And for the record, I’m close to getting a six pack. If I worked a bit more on the abs, I’d have it haha. The only downside to exercising more and looking good is that my appetite has shot through the roof. It’s right back at being what my appetite was my freshman year of high school. I’m eating everything and that’s what basically where most of my money goes to, is food.

So my sister gave me some cat food for the “stray” cat that comes by our house. She gave me a bag of cat food, 2 treat bags, and a dog/cat essentials coupon book. So Julia, if you need any coupons for your kitten needs, you can grab them from me! Oh and the cat’s name is Hubert. He’s a black cat with white mittens. I really wish that my roommate Cat wasn’t allergic to cats, then we could have kept him.

Surprise for the Pool Party this Friday

Crust

  • 18 lemon sandwich creme filled cookies
  • 5 Tbs. of butter

Filling

  • 32 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 oz. frozen concentrated pink lemonade
  • 2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 drop of blood red food coloring

Topping

  • 5 oz. white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • lemon slices

I’m sure you can guess what I’m making with the filling alone. I hope they like it!
